| Designed for managers and team leaders who work with, or in, multicultural teams, this programme includes a one-day workshop, plus a followup of two one-hour individual coaching sessions.
Working successfully in teams requires us to communicate, solve problems and make decisions. When your team includes members from very different cultural backgrounds the mixture can cause misunderstandings and conflict. This workshop will help you understand the cultural differences in what we say and what we really mean and learn how to better get along with your co-workers.
